As the backbone of Enlyten, a Distributor Services employee is the main point of contact between the distributor and the company. Through our attention to detail and ability to explain complex programs and products, Distributor Services employees build rapport with our distributors by assessing distributor needs and proposing solutions via inbound and outbound calls and emails, enrolling distributors in the Enlyten network, capturing key information with 100% accuracy and privacy, and identify strategic business opportunities and refer them to the appropriate team member.

The Human Resources team is tasked with identifying, hiring, and retaining diverse and talented leaders to position our company as the industry leader in network marketing. We design, implement and administer the standards for our practices, as well as develop and manage Enlyten's generous compensation and benefits programs to enhance employee experience. Our other duties include managing day-to-day employee relations, developing and supporting human resources related technologies, systems and databases, and providing employees with the counseling and tools necessary to achieve their full career potential.

Our mission is to reach out to consumers and entrepreneurs and drive them to our growing numbers using a variety of traditional and non-traditional techniques. Marketing employees develop business strategy to gather and interpret information from our customers and our independent distributors, identify target demographics and opportunities, develop new products, services and approaches to the market that communicate our unique value propositions while maintaining clear and consistent messaging.

A career in the Communications department at Enlyten puts you in the unique position to mold the company image and increase credibility through local and national news stories, as well as community and charity partners. Our mission is to dominate news cycles in order to drive new business and educate consumers about the benefits of network marketing and the unique value proposition that we offer aspiring entrepreneurs.

Communications employees support all aspects of the overall business strategy, yet take the leadership role when it comes to all public and community relations initiatives. Employees will have daily interaction with multiple public relation firms, be required to handle simple writing projects and possibly serve as a company spokesperson.

Our sales organizations primary responsibility is the pursuit of the customer. Sales are handled exclusively through our network of Independent Distributors who turn market potential into sales growth through individual and affiliate relationships. They assess customer needs, match the benefits of Enlyten products and business opportunities to those needs, build the value of Enlyten and ultimately, close the sale.
