
Lynn Mitchell, Founder, President, and CEO, has extensive entrepreneurial experience along with a deeply ingrained philosophy of practicality, innovation and common sense. He has an innate ability to grasp the key strategic issues that growing companies face and the experience and know-how to address them. Mr. Mitchell has built seven businesses in the last 14 years with a demonstrated track record of success and all of which were product centric with a focus on creating and sustaining residual income. Sectors in which Mr. Mitchell has experience include franchising, business and consumer services, wireless communications, e-content and commerce, advertising, publishing, direct sales and commercial real estate development.
Robert Haefner, CFO and COO, has an extensive background in finance, marketing, sales and operations both nationally and internationally. He has wide-ranging experience in both the private and public sectors including a diverse background in franchising, multi-level marketing, direct sales, licensing and emerging businesses and has been integral in the training and development of numerous entrepreneurs, franchisees, agents and business owners. He is an accomplished public speaker having spoken to thousands of entrepreneurs at numerous seminars, conferences and trainings. Mr. Haefner also had tenure as a CPA with KPMG (Peat Marwick), a Big 5 accounting firm, and served as a primary auditor for several Fortune 500 companies.
Tom Staab, Executive Vice President, is a seasoned business professional with more than 12 years involved with network marketing, franchising, licensing and emerging businesses. He has helped develop and train multi-million dollar producing down-lines in telecommunications, Internet and nutritional companies. Working with successful multi-level marketing and franchising companies from inception to momentum, he understands the requirements and processes necessary for building and supporting very large multi-level marketing organizations.
