Enlyten's rapid dissolve edible thin film strips are produced in a state of the art FDA registered facility. This facility is a leading, innovative, high teq, laboratory that is perfect for cutting edge new product development for Enlyten's strips. The facility capabilities include blending, coating, converting and packaging as well as analytical capabilities.

All manufacturing is done under cGMP conditions in Class 10,000 and Class 1,000 manufacturing environments (Class 10,000 refers to the amount of particulates in each cubic foot of air). This room classification is not required by the FDA, but it helps us to ensure that the products are free from contamination.
Each piece of equipment is cleaned and sanitized before use, utilizing very sophisticated 'instant-read' testing equipment that tells when a piece of equipment is fully sanitized before use. Even the water used is USP Purified Water which is also tested prior to use in a batch.

The batching process is fully electronic and has features that ensure that the only ingredients used are those specifically approved for the strips being produced, in the exact amounts specified in the batch sheet.
Key personnel have over 60 years of thin film coating experience including having manufactured and distributed a variety of thin film products throughout the United States and several international markets. They also have extensive experience with documentation, chemical development, stability and analytical research, and are trained on c-GMP, c-GDP and c-GLP. In addition, they have extensive experience working in production planning and material procurement.

As you can see, from what you have just read, Enlyten is committed to developing and producing the finest products possible to introduce into the market place.
